The App provides French vocabulary learning and practice services, including but not limited to:

  • French vocabulary and TCF-focused word lists
  • Listening, choice, and dictation exercises
  • Example sentences and learning materials
  • Verb conjugations and structured definitions

All content provided in the App is for educational and reference purposes only and does not constitute official, legal, or guaranteed advice.

We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App or its services at any time without prior notice.

2Eligibility and Accounts

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the App. If you are under the legal age, you must use the App under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using the App.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

3Acceptable Use

When using the App, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or public order;
  • Upload, distribute, or share false, misleading, or unlawful content;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App;

4Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

  • The App may offer paid features, subscriptions, or memberships through in-app purchases.
  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions may automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are subject to the policies of Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not control or guarantee refunds.

5Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to text, questions, graphics, logos, software, and AI-generated explanations, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the App solely for personal, non-commercial learning purposes.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

  • While we strive to keep the content accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all information.
  • Official examination rules, questions, and standards are subject to change and are determined by the relevant authorities.

7Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

8Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or applicable laws, without prior notice.

9Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
